What we achieve together
- Your main responsibility in this role is to ensure the compliance of defined governance rules and processes for documentation of system changes and operation within the IT organization.
- To achieve this, you will set up and run an internal control system and conduct regular checks on whether the given audit trail and the defined processes are followed (Change documentation, SAP transports, Test documentation based on Jira XRAY).
- You will handle the Jira based IT internal Risk Management.
- In addition, you will work in ARIS to document the IT internal processes.
- You will also support internal and external audits for IT relevant topics.
- If new IT processes need to be implemented or existing processes need to be changed, you will run the necessary projects including implementation, monitoring, and training.

- Qualifications: Successful completion (Master, Bachelor) of a business administration or computer science degree or comparable qualification.
- Experience: Extensive experience with Internal Control within the IT.
- Know-how: Knowledge of audit processes and a general understanding of IT Backend functionalities.
- Personality: Intercultural competence, quick comprehension, analytical skills, and \“hands-on\“ mentality with great independence.
- Language skills: Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English.
