What we achieve together

• Rollout of projects: You are in charge of the preparation and execution of rollouts (SAP S/4Hana migration) in different countries and ensure that all master data is up to date and correctly integrated
• Data migration: perform data cleansing and migration activities for business partners and material master data systems
• You accompany and support international and national stakeholders in the implementation of MDM processes and ensure a smooth implementation
• MDM processes: Assume end-to-end responsibility for central and local Master Data Management processes
• Process modelling : independently model and optimize processes to ensure quality and efficiency
• Data management: responsible for cleansing and mapping of data, incl. ensuring quality gates
• Project management: planning, coordination and monitoring of projects, incl. steering of international and national teams
• Enablement and training: organize and conduct training for Vaillant Group MDM role holders with self-created training materials

What makes us successful together

• Qualification : Successfully completed Bachelor\’s/Master\’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Experience: Extensive experience in project rollouts (SAP S/4Hana migration) and deep understanding of Master Data Management processes , as well as several years of professional experience in the SAP environment and process landscape, including project management
• Expertise: Profound knowledge in SAP and Salesforce , as well as experience with integrated master data management solutions in SAP S/4
• Skills: Extensive experience in process and project management and tools (e.g., JIRA), solid experience in MDM, very good methodological knowledge in system and application-wide processes
• Personality: Excellent stakeholder and people management , analytical skills, strong communication skills, solution-oriented and proactive work approach – you are open to international exchange
• Language Skills: Very good communication and presentation skills in English, German is an advantage
