The Line of Business (LoB) is a central unit responsible for successfully realising corporate strategies and goals and ensuring the implementation of long-term business success.

In the role of Vice President (all genders), you will be responsible for the management and leadership of SAP transformation projects. You will drive efficient and smooth project implementation, coordinate resources and processes and work closely with various internal teams and external partners. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of the Line of Business by monitoring and optimising the strategic direction, budget planning and quality of project results.

• Project Delivery & Transformation : As Vice President Architecture & Integration (all genders), you will support our customers in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA transformations. As a technical project manager, you will take over the management and control of our SAP transformation projects and ensure their efficient and timely implementation
• Workshop Moderation : You will also moderate and lead architecture workshops for our customers and provide new impetus for the development of innovative system architectures
• Sales & Business Development : In addition, you contribute your expertise to the further development of industry-specific consulting solutions and use your specialist knowledge to support presales activities
• People & Leadership : You are characterised by your strong leadership skills and ensure stability, continuity and a strong team structure in the Line of Business. You also support talented individuals in their career development and promote their long-term loyalty to the company

What distinguishes you

• Transformation Expert & Methodology Skills : You have several years of experience in the conception, implementation and further development of SAP S/4HANA transformation projects and have sound knowledge in the application of the SAP Activate method
• Methodology & Framework Expert : In addition, you are familiar with various SAP methodologies and frameworks in the area of integration (ISA-M) and application development (AEM) and are enthusiastic about SAP technologies and their strategic further development
• Communication & Moderation Skills : You enjoy moderating and leading customer workshops and you impress with your strong communication skills in German and English
• Leadership & Responsibility : In your role as Vice President Architecture & Integration (all genders), you take on a central role model function for our employees and are characterised by a positive, visionary mindset as well as a responsible and committed way of working
• SAP Certificates : Ideally, you have additional SAP certifications in Enterprise Application, Integration or as SAP Private Cloud Architect
