New Business Pricing Actuary – Personal Lines
We are working with a fast-growing insurance business in Germany that is looking to hire a Pricing Actuary with a strong focus on new business, growth and commercial performance.
This is a highly data-driven role where you will use pricing analytics to help the business understand customer behaviour, improve conversion and support profitable growth across its Personal Lines portfolio.
You will be working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing large volumes of pricing and customer data
- Monitoring new business performance, conversion and profitability
- Identifying opportunities to improve pricing and support portfolio growth
- Building and refining predictive pricing models, including GLMs
- Supporting rate changes and pricing implementation
- Translating technical analysis into clear commercial recommendations
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in Personal Lines / P&C pricing
- Strong technical and analytical capability
- Experience working with large datasets and predictive models
- The ability to communicate pricing insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
