We are looking for YOU as Process Manufacturing Engineering Engineer (m/f/d) for our location in Mühlhausen (Thüringen).

These challenges await you:

1. You lead the industrialization of the new P1.
2. You improve production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor) in your perimeter.
3. You capitalize and share the know-how of industrial processes in your domain.
4. You participate in the design of new equipment and new lines.
5. You lead the Lean design workshop.

You inspire us with that:

1. You have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in the field of engineering or a comparable degree.
2. You have 3-5 years of experience in process and industrialization.
3. You have knowledge of quality tools (capabilities, statistics, DOE).
4. You have experience in PFMEA construction.
5. You have good interpersonal and communication skills.
6. You have good synthetic presentation, planning, and prioritizing skills.
7. You speak English fluently.
