We are looking for YOU as Quality Technician DETECT (m/f/d) for our location in Wemding .

These challenges await you:

1. Initiate the QRQC in QIM database – participate in the containment and validate the robustness of the containment.
2. Support APU Managers / Site Manager in the analysis of issues assigned in the QRQC activities.
3. Perform audits on the line to detect non-respect of the Standard and identify the actions to be completed to therefore comply with the Standard.
4. Participate in the eradication of Customer issues and “Non Quality” issues.
5. Along the APU QRQC meeting ensure that rules are respected and “Stop at first disagree” and “Stop at first no” are applied.
6. Perform the revision of the control plan after an issue.
7. Verify 4M matrix respect with regards to product or process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix.
8. Verify the continuous conformance of the process to generate product to specification in accordance with the control plans (machine capability – yearly product audit …).
9. Has authority to stop a manufacturing / assembly line in any situation where Standards are not respected or a safety or quality risk for the operator or for the customer has been detected or following a LLC Stability audit demonstrating lower than 100%.
10. Represent Customer within Valeo on Quality matters (communication/Escalation).

1. Completed engineering degree, technical training in electrical engineering/mechatronics.
2. Several years of professional experience in the field of quality.
3. Good written and spoken English language skills.
4. Very good MS Office / Google user skills.
5. SAP knowledge an advantage.
6. Ability to work independently and with determination and assertiveness.
7. Goal-oriented work in a team.
8. Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, analytical thinking.
