Job Summary
As Technical Consultant, you will report to a Professional Services Manager. You will be managing several projects for different customers autonomously within the same week - we have 4,000 customers and we work for teams of various sizes from various fields... in other words, you\'ll never get bored!
Your Responsibilities
- Advisor - Analyzing our customers\' needs, carrying out technical and functional audits, continuously providing your advice.
- Guide - Deploying, configuring, and integrating the applications depending on each customer\'s needs and requirements.
- Coach - Delivering comprehensive training to the end-users.
- Ambassador - You\'ll spend 75% of your time with our customers in Germany or internationally.
Your Assignment
- You speak perfect German and English.
- You have studied computer science, information science/technology or you have equivalent education/work experience.
- You have delivered small to mid-size technical projects in a previous role.
- You have prior experience in consulting, technical support, software development, or pre-sales activity on collaborative tools.
- You know the Atlassian suite at least as an end-user.
- You do not need development expertise, but your good programming skills will come in handy (Java, Javascript, Groovy, etc.).
