DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET * Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 10 experts (bioinformatics, biomathematics, physics, medicinal chemistry) to foster innovation and scientific excellence * Drive initiatives leveraging large-scale internal and external omics datasets in oncology to uncover novel insights (disease mechanisms, targets, biomarkers) * Design, optimize, and manage bioinformatics pipelines and high-throughput workflows * Ensure data quality, integrity, reproducibility, and compliance with regulatory and industry standards * Apply advanced statistical and AI/ML methods to model biological systems and predict therapeutic outcomes * Collaborate with LIMS, IT, and clinical data teams to integrate workflows into research and clinical pipelines * Represent bioinformatics internally and externally, building strong collaborations with academic and industry partners DEIN HINTERGRUND * P
