Head of Care Unit (80–100 %) FR / GER
Your mission :
- Supervise a team of around 30 employees. - Ensure care while providing professional, high-quality nursing. - Actively participate in the development and improvement of your unit's processes. - Conduct RAI assessments with the support of an experienced specialist. - Close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team as well as other stakeholders such as the vocational training manager to ensure the supervision of apprentices and students.
You possess:
- A tertiary-level nursing diploma (HES, ES, DN2, AKP or equivalent training). - Experience in management or a genuine interest in a leadership role. - Several years of essential experience. - Excellent command of German, both spoken and written; good knowledge of French is an asset or vice versa. - Good knowledge of the interRAI LTCF system and Carefolio software are considerable advantages.
