pOn behalf of a leading international group, we are looking for a Sensory Specialist to join a team specialised in the development and evaluation of flavour solutions. Working in an international environment and in close collaboration with experts across different functions, you will play a key role in the selection, evaluation and recommendation of flavour profiles. /p pYour main responsibilities will include :- /p ul liPreparing samples and organising structured sensory evaluation sessions; /li liEvaluating and describing flavour profiles based on intensity, balance, sweetness, mouthfeel, persistence and aftertaste; /li liComparing different flavour solutions and selecting the most relevant profiles according to specific briefs; /li liProviding clear conclusions and actionable recommendations to technical and commercial teams; /li liContributing to the development and enrichment of a flavour library; /li liAnalysing market products and emerging trends; /li liCollaborating on a daily basis with specialists across RD, Product Development, Sales and Regulatory Affairs. /li /ul pYou have a technical or scientific background in flavours, food science, chemistry, sensory science or a related field. We are open to both junior and experienced profiles. However, previous experience in flavour evaluation, sensory analysis or flavour applications is required.
