Region: Central Valais / Lower Valais / Vaud & Valais Chablais
Your mission: ? Develop and retain a client portfolio: property management companies, municipalities, general contractors, engineering offices, sanitary installers and private owners ? Analyse on-site needs, interpret camera inspection reports and propose the appropriate remediation solution ? Prepare offers, calculate costs and negotiate until signature ? Ensure site follow-up in coordination with technical teams: planning, coordination, client satisfaction ? Represent the company during visits, trade fairs and industry events ? Monitor the market and report opportunities to managementYour profile: Your profile: ? Basic technical training (CFC in sanitation, roofing, ventilation, building or civil engineering) ideally complemented by a master's degree or foreman's certificate ? Proven field experience: site management, team or contract management ? Initial experience in sales, quoting or client relations - or a strong desire to move from site work to sales ? Good interpersonal skills, negotiation sense and result orientation ? Autonomy, rigour in administrative follow-up, proficiency in common IT tools ? Fluent French; any other language is a plus ?
