Manages all commercial and contractual obligations across the project lifecycle, from award through close-out. Protects the company's commercial position, manages claims and variations, and interfaces with the OEM.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer the main E&C contract as it relates to the OEM deliverables.
- Manage variations, change orders, and extension of time / additional cost claims
- Monitor commercial performance, budget, and cash flow; prepare monthly reports
- Support subcontract procurement and manage payment applications
- Manage dispute resolution and liaise with legal counsel as required
- 8+ years' contract management on major EPC or energy projects
- Proven FIDIC (Silver/Yellow/Gold) or NEC contract experience
- Strong track record in claims preparation and negotiation
- Knowledge of German law (BGB, VOB) and English-law contracts
- Degree in QS, Engineering, Law, or Business
