Your Impact In this role, you’ll secure the land that forms the foundation of future BESS projects. From identifying potential sites to engaging with landowners, municipalities, and stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in shaping the energy landscape. What You Will Do Identify and assess land opportunities for energy storage and renewable projects across Germany. Acquire and secure land for necessary infrastructure, including cable routing and grid connections. Manage the full acquisition process, from initial contact to contracts and planning support. Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, municipalities, local stakeholders, and political representatives. Represent the projects externally, liaising with industrial and agricultural landowners. Support the smooth handover of secured sites into project development. What You Bring Extensive experience in land acquisition or project development for renewable energy or comparable construction projects in Germany. Experience acquiring land for cable routing and infrastructure projects. Ability to engage, convince, and integrate external stakeholders. Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-driven working style.
