Requirements

About you

• 8+ years\‘ experience in management consulting and/or experience in a technology or software business.
• Bachelor\’s degree in business, finance, engineering, economics, or any other relevant field.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) (a strong asset).
• Relevant experience as a business operations leader with a commercial, customer-centric and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: sales (customer acquisition, market penetration), customer service (support and professional services), product development (research and development) (an asset).
• Financial acumen (P&L management, budget, forecast).
• People-centric leader with experience successfully building, leading, developing, and mentoring a high performing team.
• Experience mobilizing people toward a common goal.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive results.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, results oriented, driven, proactive and a team player.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change with agility.
• High degree of accountability and ownership of your work.
• Strategic and hands-on.
• Excellent communication skills (English and German are mandatory).
• Must be legally authorised to work in Germany.
