You bring [X years] of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.You Will Thrive In This Role If You AreA curious problem solver who challenges the status quoA collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharingExcited by the intersection of technology, creativity and dataExperienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)Role ResponsibilitiesBusiness Value DiscoveryIdentify high-impact AI use cases that deliver measurable ROI, not just impressive technology demosConduct client workshops to uncover workflow pain points where AI can eliminate repetitive cognitive workQuantify potential time savings, error reduction, and process accelerationSolution Architecture & DevelopmentDesign and build AI-powered frontend experiences using e.g. React/TypeScriptCreate sophisticated workflow automations using tools like N8N, connecting AI capabilities to business processesDevise and build endpoints that expose backend AI solutions and capabilitiesApply MACH principles to ensure scalable and flexible solutionsIntegrate LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) with customer-facing applicationsImplement agentic AI workflows with appropriate human-in-the-loop controlsDeploy solutions while navigating messy legacy systems and real-world constraintsMust-have QualificationsAround 4 years of experience in AI/ML consulting or solution architecture or have worked on circa 5 AI projects.Hands-on expertise with frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue, TypeScript)Knowledge of various AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain, ADK, Haystack, etc).Experience with automation tools (e.g., N8N, Zapier, or similar)Upper-intermediate English levelNice-to-have QualificationsFamiliarity with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndexExperience implementing human-in-the-loop AI systemsKnowledge of MACH architecture principlesStrong communication and presentation skillsAccountability, collaboration, and time-management skillsA strong desire to learn more about business every dayCommitment to Reaching All Kinds of People: We design experiences that work for all kinds of people – and that starts with our own teams.
