Senior Consultant – Business Impact Implementation (m/f/d) in Frankfurt am Main

In collaboration with leading global companies, financial market participants and strategic partners, and with the support of the four largest professional services networks, we develop and test advanced methodologies that capture and balance both value-to-society and value-to-business, in line with the principle of double materiality.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to strengthen our engagement with our globally operating member companies and the wider international business community, enabling them to embed impact measurement, valuation and accounting for value creation in their day-to-day operations.

Your role

• Guide our member companies and partners as they test, pilot and integrate our solutions, working collaboratively to drive member satisfaction
• Develop and deliver a capacity-building and training program that equips members to value impacts and dependencies in day-to-day business
• Help build partnerships with like-minded organizations to roll out our offering across the international business community and in selected target markets
• Lead project-based engagements that enable successful business transformation in a spirit of co-creation
• Work closely with our methodology and solutions teams to drive implementation for corporates and financial market participants
• Represent VBA within our community through presentations, workshops and interactive engagement

Your profile

• Strong experience in designing and facilitating capacity-building programs and training that help organizations embed new concepts into daily operations
• Proven ability to co-develop innovative solutions that integrate new concepts into core business processes
• Excellent communication and partner-engagement skills across a range of stakeholder groups, including corporates, financial services and academia
• A working knowledge of the latest developments in sustainability measurement, management and disclosure
• An entrepreneurial, solution-oriented and collaborative mindset, with the energy to turn ideas into action, the confidence to make fast decisions and the drive to find pragmatic answers in a dynamic, agile and purpose-driven environment
• A university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) plus at least two years' professional experience in business or consulting
• Proficiency in standard business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook) and confidence working with AI tools
• Professional working proficiency in English
