Your role

We are looking for an experienced product designer to join our fantastic team and take the product to the next level.

You’ll join a highly design-driven org. We are creating a product that people love to use on a daily basis. It’s not another dashboard but an entirely new product category that will change how businesses collaborate.

Hence, we are driven by user feedback and love to work collaboratively as a product team, from product strategy over execution to continuous improvement.

This is a part-time role on a 50-80% basis.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the complete end-to-end product design lifecycle from conceptual design, user research, and prototyping through detailed designs and usability testing to final implementation
• Understand our clients and their experience by conducting interviews and user research
• Bring your design to life in close collaboration with our founders and engineers
• Stay up to date with best practices and industry trends to improve designs and processes & push topics forward that interest you

Qualifications

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience with UX / UI design and prototyping, preferably in the B2B SaaS world
• You are a Figma Pro and have proven experience with common UX / UI techniques and tools
• You don\\\’t shy away from end-to-end responsibility for your projects
• You are comfortable talking to users and possess excellent communication skills and speak English fluently
• You are in Hamburg or Berlin and value in-person collaboration – this is not a fully remote role
