Focus: USA, Europe & Middle East
Role: Commercial Leadership, GTM, Strategic Partnerships & Funding-Stage Growth
ValueFabric is building Operating Intelligence Infrastructure for mid-market companies, private equity portfolios and executive operators.
Our core system turns business signals into earlier decisions and measurable performance outcomes:
At the centre of our roadmap is the Early Warning Signal Engine / Performance Signal Engine: a system designed to detect margin pressure, cash flow risk, operational instability, AI readiness gaps and value-creation opportunities before they become visible too late.

These products are not isolated services. They are the commercial entry points into the ValueFabric intelligence platform.
The mission is to turn this product and service portfolio into a scalable commercial engine across the USA, Europe and the Middle East.
We are looking for a senior commercial builder who can help us:
open strategic client and partner channels
activate CFO, CEO, COO, PE and advisory networks
convert diagnostics into paid assessments
convert assessments into execution and recurring intelligence revenue
build commercial partnerships across the USA, Europe and the Middle East
create market traction that strengthens upcoming funding rounds
support investor confidence through pipeline, revenue proof and strategic distribution
build a repeatable GTM system, not just close individual deals
This is not a traditional sales role.
We are looking for someone who understands value creation, finance transformation, AI adoption, operating performance, private equity, executive-level selling and international market access.
The right person will be able to open doors, shape propositions, close strategic opportunities, activate partners and help build the commercial system behind ValueFabric.
For the right profile, we are open to a serious performance-based equity path of up to 10% over time.
This upside would be linked to measurable commercial contribution, recurring revenue creation, strategic partnerships, platform value, funding-round impact and long-term commitment.
The structure will be performance-based, milestone-based and subject to the required company approvals.
Ideal profile:
strong network in the USA, Europe and/or Middle East
access to CFOs, CEOs, COOs, PE funds, portfolio companies, family offices or advisory platforms
experience selling complex B2B services, platforms, AI, finance or transformation solutions
ability to build channels and commercial systems
comfortable operating in an early-stage, funding-stage company
entrepreneurial, hands-on and outcome-driven
interested in becoming part of a founding commercial journey

Equity: performance-based upside for exceptional contribution
