- You are the main point of contact for employees of our clients on financial wellbeing, insurance, and pension topics.
- You handle inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with excellent customer experience.
- You independently process requests from consultation to implementation.
Your Profile:
- Completed training or relevant experience in customer consulting, insurance, banking, or financial services.
- Strong German skills and proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
