Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history. /p pThis position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland). /p bThis is a temporary role for a duration of 12 months with possible extension; start date: ASAP /b h3Your mission /h3 ul liWorking closely with hiring managers to understand the business needs and decide on the best recruitment strategy tailored to each role /li liManaging end-to-end recruitment processes, from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation /li liProactively sourcing and engaging qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct search /li liConducting candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit /li liProviding a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiringprocess /li liEnsuring recruitment activities are compliant with internal policies and applicable employment regulations /li liMonitoring recruitment metrics and continuously identifying opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience /li liSeveral years of operational, hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition /liliAt least 5 years of demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and levels /li liStrong active sourcing skills and experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter /li liGood experience with different applicant tracking systems, and other recruitment tools (preferrably SAP based) /li liVery good knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel /li liStrong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders /li liA proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset with a high level of integrity /li liStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making /li liMotivated team player with high levels of professionalism, quality and confidentiality /li liFluency in English and German /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
