Position: Business Partner Finance & Controlling (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Hybrid role: Finance accounting, controlling, and project management focusing on finance projects, coordination, and specialized analyses
• Operational involvement in accounting: Responsibility for preparing monthly and annual financial statements and related accounting tasks
• Operational controlling tasks: Forecasts, ad-hoc analyses, and KPI tracking
• Process management: Optimization and documentation of finance processes
• Interface management: Close collaboration with all colleagues involved in finance processes
• Project management: Participation in cross-functional projects, focusing on digitalization and process optimization

Your Profile

• Degree in economics, with emphasis on accounting, finance, or controlling
• Experience in financial accounting and controlling, preferably in an auditing or consulting firm
• Proficiency with common financial software (e.g., SAP, Excel, Power BI)
• Experience with digitalization and process improvement projects is advantageous
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, team spirit, and strong communication skills
• Excellent German and English skills
