In this mid-senior role, you will independently manage key accounting and regulatory reporting activities while providing practical operational support across the Finance function. You will also act as deputy to the Head of Finance and contribute to the reliable day-to-day running and continued development of Finance processes.br/You will report to the Head of Finance within the Chief Financial Officer division. Your place of work will be Zurich.br/ /p h3Your tasks /h3 ul liAct as deputy to the Head of Finance and support the day-to-day management of the Finance function /li liIndependently prepare and deliver Swiss regulatory, financial and statistical reporting, including FINMA, SNB and Group reporting /li liSupport and coordinate the budgeting, forecasting, controlling, and monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes /li liOwn and further develop the Bank’s Financial Risk Reporting framework, ensuring timely and meaningful management information /li liTake ownership of accounting matters, support reconciliations and general ledger controls, ensuring accurate books and records /li liAnalyze and resolve accounting, reporting, financial control and operational issues independently /li liSupport internal and external audits, regulatory reviews and Finance-related projects /li liDrive improvements in Finance processes, automation, controls, data quality and management reporting /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liAt least five years of hands-on accounting, reporting and controlling experience within a Swiss bank is an absolute requirement. Preferably in a smaller private bank /li liPractical experience with Finnova and FIRE is strongly desired /li liProven experience in Swiss banking accounting, financial closing and regulatory reporting, with sound knowledge of FINMA and SNB requirements /li liBroad understanding of banking products and operational Finance processes, including reconciliations, treasury and cash management /li liIndependent, reliable and pragmatic working style, with the ability to take ownership and deputize for the Head of Finance /li liFluent in English; German is a strong advantage, Dutch an additional asset /li /ul h3Our offer /h3 pTurning talent into value – that’s what we do!
