The Service Contracts Calculation Tool (SCCT) calculates costs for service contracts, including renewals and new contracts, ensuring accurate estimates and fair cost distribution. The goal is to develop a simplified, user-friendly version for early bid phases, requiring fewer input details, suitable for use by Sales Engineers without IT support.

Department Description

The IT and Remote Services department collaborates with customer centers, Strategy & Solutions, Technology, and global service desks to deliver remote services and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and implement the budget mode, ensuring seamless integration with SCCT.
2. Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the process.
