Overview
You will lead the architectural and digital information governance for Vantage’s EMEA data centers, guiding design from concept to operations. You’ll unify architectural strategy with data integrity, asset information and lifecycle management to enable scalable, buildable and high-quality infrastructure. The role blends design authority with digital delivery, governance, and digital twin readiness to accelerate time-to-market and capital efficiency. This position offers regional impact with cross-functional collaboration and opportunities to shape digital delivery standards.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead architectural scope across early-stage development (WS0–WS2) and translate feasibility into concept design
- Define scalable, repeatable design solutions aligned to platform strategy and standardisation goals
- Integrate CSA, MEP, ICT, and Security requirements into cohesive, buildable packages
- Contribute to modularisation and DfMA strategies to enable repeatable delivery
- Support decision-making on cost, programme, constructability and performance
- Lead regional delivery of digital information strategy and establish ISO 19650-compliant frameworks
- Define and enforce portfolio-wide information standards, naming conventions, and digital workflows
- Oversee BIM/Digital Delivery governance (model federation, clash detection, LOD, view templates)
- Establish and govern the EMEA digital asset lifecycle framework from design through operations
- Drive data environments for analytics, digital twin enablement, and AI-ready insights
- Lead integration of design environments with operational systems (DCIM, BMS, CMMS, GIS, SCADA, ERP)
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related engineering discipline
- 10+ years in architectural design within data center or mission-critical environments
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 information management
- BIM tools experience (Revit, Navisworks, ACC/Forma)
- Experience in digital information management, BIM governance and CDE
- Proven leadership in platform standardisation and product development
- Experience in cross-functional and multi-regional environments
