Sales Manager (m/f/d) – Copper Processing & Automation

The Vaski Group develops automated high-tech solutions for industrial manufacturing and is growing rapidly in the German market. To support our customers, we are looking for a strong sales professional for the Copper Processing & Automation business, with a focus on control cabinet manufacturing and the electrical industry.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while actively acquiring new customers
- Identify new projects and business opportunities
- Provide technical advice at all levels – from production to decision-makers
- Prepare tailored quotations and lead contract negotiations
- Work closely with our plants in Finland and manage the entire sales process
Your Profile
- Solid B2B sales experience in a technical environment or mechanical engineering
- Passion for industrial high-tech solutions and automation
- Strong communication skills, energy, optimism and a genuine team spirit
- Excellent German and fluent English
- Willingness to travel 40–60% within the DACH region
