We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant with a strong background in SAP FI/CO to join our team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP systems, and providing support to ensure the smooth implementation and optimization of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for financial processes in SAP FI/CO.
- Configure, customize, and optimize SAP FI/CO modules in line with client needs and industry best practices.
- Provide expert advice on process improvements, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Support project management, sales and pre-sales activities.
- Conduct workshops, deliver user training, and offer post-go-live support to end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the SAP FI/CO system.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solutions across other SAP modules.
- Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an SAP Finance Consultant with expertise in SAP FI/CO.
- Deep understanding of financial accounting, controlling, and reporting processes within SAP.
- Incident / Change / Problem Management experience required.
- Business / SAP FICO Functional analytical experience.
- Ability to interact with business in workshops to unlock issues or design new developments.
- Project experience in full-cycle SAP FI/CO implementations .
- Proficiency in English and German is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment using Agile methodology or SAP Activate Methodology.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in S/4HANA transformation projects.
- SAP certification in FI/CO is a plus.
