You will work in an open-minded, collaborative environment with people who are passionate about web development, digital products, and technology. /p pIn this role, you will take bend-to-end ownership of complex digital projects /b, working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and multidisciplinary Agile teams. You will translate business objectives into clear project strategies, drive successful delivery, and ensure that projects meet their goals in terms of bscope, quality, budget, and timeline. /b /p pYou will have the opportunity to lead projects for some of the largest companies in the Swiss market and work with modern technologies and development frameworks, where bquality, design, architecture, and user experience /b are key priorities. /p pAs a senior member of our Project Management team, you will also contribute to improving our delivery processes, support colleagues, and help shape how we successfully deliver complex digital initiatives. /p h3You will: /h3 ul liOwn and lead projects end-to-end, from initial concept and pitch through planning, implementation, launch, and final delivery. /li liDefine project objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements in collaboration with clients and internal teams. /li liLead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while ensuring projects remain aligned with business objectives. /li liTake responsibility for project budgets, timelines, scope, quality, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues. /li liAct as a trusted senior point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations at both operational and management levels. /li liAdvise clients on project strategy, priorities, processes, and digital solutions, translating business requirements into actionable project plans. /li liFacilitate workshops, steering meetings, presentations, and project reviews with stakeholders and larger audiences. /li liLead and coordinate multidisciplinary Agile teams, working closely with developers, designers, architects, product specialists, and other stakeholders. /li liCollaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Development teams to shape solutions, estimate projects, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery. /li liManage project risks, dependencies, changes, and escalations, ensuring transparent communication and effective resolution. /li liEstablish effective project governance, reporting, and communication structures for complex client engagements. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of our project management methodologies, processes, and tools. /li liSupport and mentor other Project Managers and contribute your experience to a larger Project Management community. /li liSetup your own agentic and AI powered processes to increase efficiency in organization. /li /ul h3You have: /h3 ul li5+ years of professional experience in project management, ideally in a digital agency, software development, consulting, or technology environment. /li liProven experience managing complex digital projects with direct customer responsibility, preferably for enterprise clients. /li liExperience leading projects involving web technologies, software development, and modern digital platforms from a project management perspective. /li liExperience managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including multiple stakeholders, teams, and dependencies. /li liStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams. /li liA solid understanding of project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and commercial project management. /li liStrong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. /li liThe ability to confidently communicate with both technical experts and senior business stakeholders. /li liEntrepreneurial and strategic thinking, combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to getting things done. /li liExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. /li liA proactive, independent, and solution-oriented working style, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. /li liThe ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues and successfully navigate complex stakeholder environments. /li liA genuine affinity for technology, digital products, and web development. /li liFluent German and English language skills (C1-C2 level). /li /ul h3What can you expect:
