Leading the development of advanced sensor protection concepts and technologies
Investigation and testing of different materials, coatings and methods
Evaluation and application of accelerated testing procedures and setups
Development and characterization of scalable material concepts for new generation, industrial sensor assemblies
Collaboration with industrial and academic partners
Joining a multi‑location R&D organization (Haag, Zürich), some work‑related travel is required (max. 20%)
YOUR COMPETENCIES
MSc or PhD degree in material science, physics, chemistry or related field
5+ years of industry experience on material‑related topics
Work experience in vacuum technology and/or semiconductor industry
Negotiating skills in English and German (fluent in spoken and writing)
In‑depth understanding of semiconductor processes is beneficial
Used to working independently, proactively and in an organized manner
Strong ability to work in a team and care about interdisciplinary interface functions
