Overview In this role you will lead the development of assembly and end-of-line testing equipment to enable efficient manufacturing. You will collaborate with global teams to translate requirements into robust hardware and automation solutions, supporting new product introductions and continuous improvement. You will own technical documentation, specifications, and verification plans, driving quality and conformity. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to shape production automation within a renowned vacuum technology leader. Verantwortungsbereiche Develop and implement assembly and end-of-line testing equipment for production use Design, build, validate, and release hardware and automation solutions Translate user requirements into technical specifications with cross-functional teams Support global sites in introducing new test processes and equipment for new products Create technical specs, flowcharts, layouts, and documentation compliant with CE requirements Integrate electrical/electronic components into automation systems Develop verification plans and support quality assurance activities Provide third-level technical support and drive continuous improvement Zentrale Anforderungen Experience with electrical manufacturing and test equipment Automation of production processes and end-of-line testing Automation of assembly and end-of-line testing processes Experience contributing to cross-functional projects in an industrial environment Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related field Master's degree an advantage Experience in valve technology and cleanroom environments an advantage Proficiency with electrical hardware in industrial environment Experience with Be hock/ TwinCAT; Siemens knowledge an advantage Understanding of system architecture and data storage concepts Knowledge of engineering development processes Good English communication; German an advantage Proactive, organized, team-oriented, customer-focused Good communication in English Proactive and well organized Team-oriented and customer-focused Electrical hardware in industrial environments Beckhoff/TwinCAT automation platforms Siemens systems knowledge (advantage)
