Software Test Engineer
YOUR CHALLENGES
- Elaboration, implementation and execution of test strategies and scenarios
- Definition of test-specifications in close cooperation with the development team
- Further development of VATs automated software test system (hardware and software)
- Drive engineering excellence by improving processes, tools and knowledge exchange
- Ability to apply state-of-the-art technologies to fulfill the project goals
- Working in a cross functional, multicultural and globally spread team
YOUR COMPETENCIES
- University degree in Computer Science or any other technical degree and solid experience in software engineering
- Multi years of knowledge in the embedded software testing (LabVIEW, LabVIEW CVI, C, C#, Visual Basic, Phyton, Database SQL)
- Communication protocol experience such as EtherCAT, Ethernet, DeviceNet or CC-Link
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, German beneficial
