We are seeking a purpose-driven and experienced Team Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team comprising developers, application specialists, and product owners. Your role will focus on people and team development, drive our agile transformation, and foster a learning culture.

Your team develops, maintains, and operates dedicated Business Area Markets IT applications for trade execution, processing, trading analysis, and a self-developed platform for intraday power trading activities. Most of these systems run 24/7 and are crucial for core business processes. The team works in two agile squads, each with a dedicated product owner.

What you will do

1. Lead and inspire your team by fostering a collaborative, supportive, and results-oriented environment
2. Grow your people through regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities—while creating a shared vision with your product owners
3. Support your product owners, enabling maximum value delivery to the business
4. Drive agile transformation, encouraging adoption and continuous improvement of agile practices
5. Promote a learning culture emphasizing curiosity, experimentation, and growth
6. Encourage innovation, empowering your team to explore new ideas and technologies
7. Engage with stakeholders to align your team’s work with organizational goals
8. Take an active role within your team—as a Scrum Master or Product Owner within your portfolio
9. Collaborate with fellow managers to ensure cross-team alignment and innovation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration

• Experience or interest in process automation and AI
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into action
• Comfort working in an international, fast-paced environment
• Ideally, experience in energy markets or trading systems
