An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Offshore O&M Delivery team for the Nordlicht Cluster.

The cluster consists of two wind farms — Nordlicht I and Nordlicht II — with Nordlicht I set to become Germany’s largest offshore wind farm.

Key construction and logistics activities for the project will be supported via the port of Eemshaven.

With a combined capacity of more than 1.6 gigawatts, the Nordlicht cluster will significantly expand renewable electricity generation in Europe and support the long‑term stability of the energy system.

Once fully operational, Nordlicht will produce around 6 terawatt hours of fossil free electricity annually and transmit it into the German high‑voltage grid — enough to meet the equivalent electricity consumption of roughly 1.7 million German households.

Offshore construction is planned to begin in 2026, with both wind farms scheduled to be fully operational in 2029.
