Purpose of the Role

The Project ManagerFacilityisresponsibleforplanning,coordinating,anddeliveringnewconstruction,renovation,andinfrastructureprojectsattheHaagsite. The roleensuresthatprojectsarecompletedsafely, ontime,withinbudget,andin linewithoperationalrequirements,whilesupportingtheongoingdevelopmentofthesite'sbuildingandtechnicalinfrastructure.

Responsibilities

• ManageandcoordinatenewconstructionandrenovationprojectsattheHaagsite.

• Develop, plan,andleadconstructionprojects,includingsite management, costplanning,budgeting,andprojectcontrolling.

• DesignandadvanceHVAC (heating,ventilation,airconditioning,andsanitation)projectsincollaborationwithinternalstakeholders.

• Prepare conceptualdesignsandcoordinateprojectplanningwithexternalengineeringanddesignconsultants.

• Supportbuilding permitapplicationsandapprovalprocessesincooperationwithexternalplanningoffices.

• Developandmaintainconstructionscheduleswhilealigningprojectactivitieswithongoingsiteoperationsandprojectobjectives.

• Coordinatemultidisciplinaryprojectactivitiesacrossconstruction, HVAC,electrical, buildingautomation(MSR),cleanroom,andfireprotectiondisciplines.

• Managetenderingprocessesandsupportcontractawardsincollaborationwiththecentralprocurementteam.

• Overseeconstructionexecution,ensuringcompliancewithquality, budget,andschedulerequirements.

• Coordinateprojectacceptanceactivities,managedefectresolution,andensuresuccessfulhandovertoendusers.

• Participate intheon-callrotationteam fortechnicalalarmsandemergencysituations.

Qualifications

• Completedtechnicaleducationin a relevantfieldsuchasInstallationEngineering, HVACPlanning,MechanicalEngineering, or acomparablediscipline.

• Proficiencyin GermanandEnglish,bothwrittenandspoken.

• Furthereducationorprofessionaldevelopmentin Building Services Engineering, Building Technology, or arelatedfield.

• Severalyearsofprofessionalexperiencein buildingservices,construction,infrastructure, orprojectmanagementenvironments.

• Experienceplanning,coordinating,anddeliveringtechnicalconstructionorinfrastructureprojects.

• Stronganalyticalandconceptualthinkingskills,withaninterestindevelopingandimplementingnewsolutions.

• Demonstratednegotiationskills, soundjudgment,andtheabilitytoinfluenceprojectoutcomeseffectively.

• Structured,organized,andresults-orientedapproachtowork.

• Flexibility,adaptability,andopennesstonewchallengesandexperiences.

• Strongcommunication,stakeholdermanagement,andcustomer-orientedmindset.
