As part of our ambition to make our training centre Campus a true driver of skills development in support of our corporate strategy, we are looking for our future Campus Manager, Learning & Development. Leading a training centre undergoing significant evolution, you will oversee the design and deployment of innovative, impactful learning solutions and pathways aligned with the company’s strategic, professional, and regulatory challenges. You will thus directly contribute to preparing the skills of tomorrow and supporting the transformation of our organisation. The position is based in Lausanne, with occasional presence at our Wankdorf site.
The missions awaiting you:
- Together with the HR management to whom you report, define and steer the Campus training strategy, in line with the HR strategy, business priorities, and evolving professions - Develop an agile and high-performing Campus organisation, in close collaboration with the business units, to anticipate needs and deliver high value-added development solutions for the entire Group - Manage the Campus teams, including instructional designers, the internal trainers team, and administration, fostering skills development and quality of the learner experience - Develop and manage the training catalogue to offer pathways adapted to the current and future needs of employees - Design and deploy varied, innovative, and engaging educational devices: face-to-face, e-learning, blended learning, microlearning, or learning communities - Manage the training budget, coordinate external providers, and ensure efficient resource management - Support transformation projects and contribute to developing a culture of continuous learning within the company - Measure the effectiveness of training devices using relevant indicators and implement process review and continuous improvement approaches
What makes you unique:
- Solid experience in supporting organisational transformations and change management - Unifying leadership enabling mobilisation of teams and stakeholders with diverse profiles, excellent interpersonal skills - Dual strategic and operational expertise and analytical ability - Hands-on and results-oriented, with a sense of organisation and priorities - Native French speaker, C1 in German and B2 in English - University degree (Master’s) or training in instructional design, educational sciences, training management, or equivalent field - Proven experience in adult education and skills development - Strong experience in team management, budget control, and cross-functional project management - Mastery of instructional design, LMS tools, and digital training devices - Very good knowledge of the insurance or financial services sector, as well as its regulatory environment - Project management or change management certification is an asset
