The various tasks awaiting you:
- Handle incoming letters and emails - Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls - Inform our clients about their contracts and reimbursements - Advise our prospects on our product range (dog and cat insurance) - Support Vaudoise agencies in handling complex requests
What makes you unique:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training - Natural ease on the phone and sense of contact, strong interest in customer relations - Bilingual in French and German or Italian - Proficient in common IT tools (Outlook, Word) - Interest in the animal world (dogs and cats) - Strong team spirit - AFA certification (Non-Life) a plus
