To strengthen our Personal Insurance Department, which is very active in private pension provision, we are looking for a Group Leader specialised in contract management for our main Pension division based in Lausanne. The position includes leading a team of specialised managers (7-8) as well as managing a portfolio of contracts.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Support employees with technical and legal assistance in case management - Organise and coordinate group work by ensuring team meetings, one-to-ones, replacement plans, etc. - Provide training to employees and ensure compliance with guidelines - Supervise the planning and organisation of the administrative processing of contracts - Develop, manage and analyse performance indicators - Actively contribute to the continuous optimisation of processing procedures - Participate in defining, monitoring and achieving objectives linked to the company strategy - Maintain and develop relationships and exchanges with various work partners and represent the team to the agencies - Independently and proactively manage a portfolio of contracts (new business, modifications, cancellations and expiries, etc.) and draft commercial correspondence
Your profile:
- Holder of a federal insurance diploma or equivalent training - Proven experience in individual pension provision (3rd pillar) - Leadership talent and experience in team management and decision-making - Cooperative and collaborative temperament - Native French speaker with good knowledge of German (level B2) - Good command of common IT tools (MS Office)
