To strengthen our Marketing and Customer Experience entity, we are looking for a 60% position, starting September 1st for a fixed term of 4 years, as part of an ongoing HEG program.Your missions:- Contribute to studies allowing for a deeper understanding of our customers and the insurance market.- Participate in the creation of surveys to measure the Vaudoise customer experience (defining questions, sending, analyzing results).- Synthesize reports and customer feedback and identify improvement actions.- Support the team in competitive intelligence activities (conducting research, analyzing Vaudoise and competitor market shares, monitoring competitor activities).- Support the entity in budget monitoring.Your profile:- You are pursuing or about to start a higher education program such as HEG in business administration.- You are customer-oriented and open-minded.- You are a French speaker with excellent writing and speaking skills.- You are also curious, conscientious, and have an excellent sense of organization.We offer:- A healthy work environment in a mutual insurance company certified Great Place to Work.- A varied and enriching professional experience.- A potential opportunity for placement at the end of the contract.Applications can be submitted until August 15th.
