To strengthen our Core Team P&C entities and our Animal Insurance Division, we are looking for an employee, at 60%, from 1 October 2026 for a fixed term of 4 years, as part of an in-service HEG training programme. The tasks awaiting you: Administrative support for the Department Management Preparation of translations and summaries of documents via AI Creation of PPTX presentations Invoice payments Your profile: You are currently undertaking or about to start a higher education course such as HEG in business administration Flexible, you are able to adapt to different interlocutors and situations You have a keen sense of confidentiality, impeccable reliability and a good team spirit You have a strong interest in AI tools and their applications You have a good command of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePointOnline, Teams, Forms) As a native French speaker, you have a good oral and written understanding of German You are also naturally curious, conscientious and have an excellent sense of organisation.
