Within the HR Digital Transformation team, the HRIS Expert plays a key role in a strategic Human Resources modernisation programme, marked by the implementation and evolution of a new HRIS.
At the interface between HR functions, users, and technologies, they contribute to the quality of HR solutions, the continuous improvement of processes, and the enhancement of data.
Through their expertise, they support the adoption of new digital tools and practices, contribute to the success of transformation projects, and actively participate in evolving the employee experience.
Your responsibilities: Contribute to the successful deployment and evolution of a new HRIS solution at the heart of the company’s HR digital transformation.
Ensure the quality of service of HRIS tools, support users, and guarantee an optimal user experience.
Centralise, qualify, and prioritise change requests, business needs, and incidents, while contributing to backlog management and testing phases of new features.
Design and maintain clear documentation, user guides, and a knowledge base promoting autonomy and adoption of HR tools.
Manage and improve the quality, reliability, and valorisation of HR data through reporting and management indicators.
Participate in establishing HR data governance and contribute to developing a data culture within the HR function.
Support HR teams in adopting new tools, digital best practices, and uses related to artificial intelligence.
Identify, propose, and implement optimisations to continuously improve HR processes, tools, and practices.
Maintain active monitoring of technological developments and innovations likely to create value for HR teams and employees.
Collaborate closely with HR, IT teams, and external partners to ensure coherence and performance of the HRIS ecosystem.
Your profile: Proven experience in an HRIS role and participation in implementation or evolution projects of HRIS solutions.
Good command of HCM/HRIS Saa S environments as well as analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
Ability to link business needs, users, and technical teams, and to translate functional challenges into concrete solutions.
Comfortable with change management, user support, and continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.
Curious about digital innovations and the uses of artificial intelligence applied to Human Resources.
Analytical mindset, service orientation, rigour, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Fluent in French and good level of English;
German or Italian is a plus.
