a Sickness Benefit Claims Manager , between 80% and 100%, responsible for handling case settlements. The tasks awaiting you: Ensure the complete and autonomous management of sickness benefit claims files in the assigned portfolio. Apply the general insurance conditions. Assess entitlement to daily allowance benefits. Collaborate with Care Managers, medical advisers and various internal departments. Implement external expert assessments. Conduct telephone interviews with insured persons and clients. Your profile: Federal insurance certificate or equivalent training. Minimum 3 years practical experience in benefits/claims in personal insurance. Native French speaker with a very good command of Italian (min. level B2). Very good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office). Managing files completely and autonomously, analysing situations and making precise decisions does not intimidate you?
