a Workplace IT Engineer
at 80-100% The tasks awaiting you: Define appropriate methods, techniques, standards and tools for the implementation and operation of operating systems and application distribution Implement the necessary infrastructure elements to support the user workstation environment Participate in level 3 incident management within the team, ensuring effective resolution of complex problems Analyse failures and malfunctions, identify root causes and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues Ensure system availability and provide regular monitoring through detailed performance reports Your profile: A degree in computer science or another related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role Proven expertise in the following technologies: Windows 11 Enterprise, Office 365 E5, Microsoft MEM (Intune) / MECM (SCCM) (OSD, Autopilot, Hardware Integration, Updates, Software Distribution, Policy Application, etc.), Microsoft Azure AD (Conditional Access, MFA, App Proxy, etc.), Microsoft Always On VPN, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Printing and GPO, PowerShell Scripting (PSAppDeployToolkit).
