We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Analyst (m/f/d) to join our investment team. You will play a key role in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in the DACH region and work closely with experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities
Sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities in Germany, Austria and neighboring countries
Representing the firm, meeting founders and investors of potential targets as well as engaging with service providers (e.g. M&A advisors)
Analyzing technology driven business models, financial KPIs as well as value creation potential of target companies
Preparing investment documents and presenting those to investment committee members
Supporting due diligence workstreams (HR, commercial, financial, legal and tax due diligence) and steering of external service providers
Working with senior investment professionals and management members of portfolio companies to drive value creation initiatives
Your profile
Exceptional academic track record from a top tier university
At least 2-3 years of investment experience in venture capital, private equity and/or strategy consulting with digital/technology focus
Entrepreneurial spirit and strong network in the German start-up / scale-up world
Experience in preparing and presenting investment opportunities to senior executives and independently leading due diligence workstreams
Strong problem-solving, business analysis, financial modelling, communication and presentation skills
International experience and fluency in German and English; additional fluency in an Eastern European language is a plus
