The Mission
KUBIKx GmbH is a strategic innovation unit and investment vehicle of Schmitz Cargobull AG. As a strategic business analyst/portfolio manager, you will be responsible for various strategic projects and for the portfolio management of our startups.
Your tasks
- Close cooperation on core strategic tasks with the Managing Director of KUBIKx and the Digital Services product line of Schmitz Cargobull AG
- Identification and assessment of trends in the logistics sector, particularly with regard to artificial intelligence, new technologies and regulatory changes
- Analysis and evaluation of market trends and competitive activities in order to identify strategic areas of action at an early stage
- Development, analysis and evaluation of business models and strategic initiatives
- Development and implementation of strategic projects with a focus on growth and innovation
- Development and optimization of processes for more efficient collaboration
- Implementation of projects with internal and external partners
- Support and collaboration of the portfolio of startups
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration, economics or a comparable course of study
- Professional experience in a top management consultancy or in a strategic role
- Experience in venture capital processes in a network of investors
- Relevant experience in the logistics sector or with an OEM
- Ability to quickly grasp complex challenges and proactively develop innovative solutions
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking combined with high organizational skills and precision
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Enjoyment of working in a dynamic and challenging environment as well as a high degree of personal responsibility and implementation strength
