Job Description: Bauleiter (m/w/d) in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

We are seeking a qualified Bauleiter for mobile telecommunications mast construction (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40 hours/week) based in Baden-Württemberg.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and monitor multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and legal regulations according to VOB and state building codes.
Develop project plans and cost estimates.
Coordinate and supervise the construction of mobile phone masts (steel lattice towers).
Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Review bids and select subcontractors.
Create and manage project schedules.
Ensure safety standards and environmental regulations are followed on site.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met, documenting the process accordingly.

Qualifications:

Technical or craft-based training.
Proactive and goal-oriented work approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Explorer, Outlook).
Driving license class B.
Willingness to travel.
