AI Engineer (m/f/d)

We\’re looking for an AI Engineer (m/f/d) to join our fast-paced incubator squad, focused on transforming automotive data into intelligent, AI-driven solutions. In this role, you’ll design and develop agentic software systems that power new business ideas from concept to prototype. If you\’re passionate about innovation, autonomous systems, and shaping the future of mobility, we want to hear from you.

• You will design and build autonomous or semi-autonomous software agents
• You will implement workflows where software can take initiative, reason, and act towards goals, not just execute static code
• You will work with AI models, orchestration tools, APIs, and data pipelines to bring intelligent agents to life in real-world contexts, such as automotive applications
• You will combine traditional software engineering with AI system design and product innovation

Who you are and what you bring:

• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or similar modern, versatile programming languages
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic behavior, including planning, memory, and tool use
• Experience with vector databases or knowledge graphs is a significant advantage
• Familiarity with Cloud & DevOps practices, deploying prototypes with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
• Ability to thrive in an incubator or startup-like environment—fast-paced, exploratory, and iterative
