Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with the HR team and hiring managers
- Develop attraction and recruitment strategies with the Head of HR
- Lead employment branding initiatives such as social media campaigns and events
- Manage open positions from intake to offer negotiation and closing
- Represent Veact as an employer of choice to candidates
- Organise and attend career fairs and similar events
- Utilise metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement
Who you are and what you bring:
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding
- Familiarity with modern ATSs and LinkedIn
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality candidates across various functions and industries
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Passion for automotive and big data
- Curiosity, growth mindset, and openness to new approaches
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a can-do attitude
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
