HR Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with the HR team and hiring managers
Develop attraction and recruitment strategies with the Head of HR
Lead employment branding initiatives such as social media campaigns and events
Manage open positions from intake to offer negotiation and closing
Represent Veact as an employer of choice to candidates
Organise and attend career fairs and similar events
Utilise metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement

Who you are and what you bring:

Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding
Familiarity with modern ATSs and LinkedIn
Proven track record of delivering high-quality candidates across various functions and industries
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Passion for automotive and big data
Curiosity, growth mindset, and openness to new approaches
Flexibility, adaptability, and a can-do attitude
Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
