Lead Data & AI Architect

As a Lead Data and AI Architect, you will join our team and work on exciting AI projects for the Insurance and Banking sectors. You will collaborate with leading Swiss and international clients, architect and deliver high-quality AI solutions from prototype to operation. Job Requirements

• Proficient in both German and English, with the ability to speak and write fluently in both languages. Knowledge of French is an added advantage.
• 10+ years of professional experience in a leading software engineering role, either as software architect or team lead.
• Deep expertise in leading complex technical and operational client projects in the areas of Data, AI, and Cloud.
• Have a charismatic and convincing character, capable of building, sustaining, and expanding business relationships with clients.
• Ability to quickly identify and prioritize technological challenges, and provide innovative and relevant solutions, whether during an ongoing client project or in business development activities.
• Familiar with the Swiss business landscape and have an existing network of decision-makers, preferably in the sectors of Insurance and Banking.
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Willing to travel, both within Switzerland and internationally, to meet clients or collaborate with our center of excellence in Skopje.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting our sales team in pre-sales conversations with potential clients, RfP processes and demonstrating our capabilities and value proposition in the AI domain.
• Working on proof-of-concepts and prototypes to showcase the feasibility and impact of AI solutions for specific use cases and verticals.
• Advising our clients in technical workshops and throughout the entire client lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation and maintenance, assisting them in formulating their AI architecture, strategy, and development plan.
• Leading engineering projects from end-to-end, ensuring client satisfaction and trust, and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Working closely together with our center of excellence in Skopje, where you will coordinate and supervise the delivery of high-quality AI solutions, ensuring alignment with the client’s needs and expectations.
• Staying updated on the latest technological trends and developments in AI, and sharing your knowledge and insights with our team, clients and events.
