Experience of working with banking, insurance, or retail production environments is a great plus. /li liStrong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. /li liProficient in both German and English, with the ability to speak and write fluently in both languages. Knowledge of French is an added advantage. /li li10+ years of professional experience in a leading software engineering role, either as a software architect or team lead. /li liAbility to quickly identify and prioritise technological challenges, and provide innovative and relevant solutions, whether during an ongoing client project or in business development activities. /li liHold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
