- The Sr Manager, Global Channel Programs is responsible for designing, executing, and scaling global channel programs to drive partner-led growth and strategic alignment with Veeam's ecosystem.

What you’ll do
- Own execution for global channel programs, including partner tiers and incentives, translating global initiatives into market-ready programs with local flexibility.
- Drive consistent program execution across global teams, establishing governance, timelines, and operational cadence while monitoring performance and making data-driven adjustments.
- Partner with corporate technology to align portal capabilities with program requirements and define KPIs to track adoption, attach rates, and partner progression.
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years of experience in Channel, Partner, or Program roles within enterprise software or Saa S, with strong understanding of partner ecosystems and routes to market.
- Proven ability to design and scale channel programs across multiple countries, balancing global alignment with regional activities.
- Data-driven mindset with skills in Excel and Tableau, plus strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
