The Role

Veeva’s European Business Consulting Group is a key growth area. It offers differentiated consulting services in Life Sciences, leveraging Veeva’s position as the digital partner of choice for 85% of the top 20 Pharmaceutical companies.

As a Senior Consultant, you will manage complex consulting projects, leading teams and ensuring successful delivery. You will analyze problems, develop solutions, and build strong client relationships to deliver sustainable value at the forefront of digital and commercial innovation.

This is a remote position across Europe, with no specific work location required if proximity to an airport and travel availability are met. Candidates must be authorized to work in the EU and UK.

What You’ll Do

• Lead complex projects, managing scope, quality, resources, risk, and timelines
• Design, build, and deliver project outputs meeting objectives
• Identify and solve client problems proactively
• Develop and maintain client relationships through various communication channels
• Manage and mentor team members
• Provide industry, market, and functional insights
• Lead business development efforts and proposals
• Create thought leadership and market campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor\’s degree with strong academic record
• 6+ years of consulting experience in strategic/management consulting
• Experience in Life Sciences, especially in Commercial and Medical areas
• Expertise in areas like multi-channel strategy, product launch, go-to-market, and analytics
• Understanding of commercial technology and Veeva platforms
• Knowledge of digital technology drivers in Health & Life Sciences
• Experience in business development and client relationship management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership and project management abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language

• Graduate qualifications, PhD, or MBA
• Strong network within top 20 Life Science companies
• Experience with digital tools, SaaS, AI applications, and additional European languages
